Hi I’m Claire, welcome to the hello mindful website,

thanks for taking

the time to stop by.

I never really thought mindfulness was for me, it was for ‘those’

people. You know, ‘those’ people...the ones who have their lives in

order, are never flustered or frustrated & appear to have everything

in perfect balance.

Well that certainly wasn’t me, my life & health was out of control & I

couldn’t see a way out of the thick fog that seemed to envelop me..

It wasn’t until I stumbled across a free mindfulness drop in class that I

realised anyone could access the benefits of mindfulness, even me.

When I sat, closed my eyes & listened to the guidance from the teacher,

it was then I experienced something close to peace & the fog started

to shift slightly for the first time in a long time.

From then on I became engrossed in this transformative practice and

after attending my first 8 week course it soon became my way of life.

So I decided to train to teach mindfulness to share valuable tools

learned through my experience & education. I get so much joy &

fulfilment from facilitating people’s learning & mindfulness journey.

Watching people develop & flourish as they tap into the benefits of

this practice is a feeling like no other.

I am passionate about Mindfulness & am keen that everyone who

wants to experience it has the chance to,

so I’ve put accessibility, affordability & inclusivity at the heart of

hello mindful.

Hope to see you online soon

Take care, Claire
