Hello & a warm welcome to Hello Mindful.
Here at Hello Mindful we deliver various Mindfulness offerings. All to enable people, people just like you to come together to learn & practice with one another this ancient & potentially transformative wellness tool. We deliver Mindfulness offerings both online via zoom & in person.
Although Mindfulness has been around for 1000’s of years, we’ve bought it up to date, to suit our busy western culture, full schedules & at times, pressured lifestyles.
We pride ourselves on making sure our Mindfulness offerings are accessible, inclusive & affordable. Doing our best to make Mindful living available to whoever you are & wherever you are. By creating a warm, light hearted, compassionate space - we ensure that everyone feels at ease & safe to explore Mindfulness. So whether you’re brand new or a seasoned meditator, everyone is offered an equal warm welcome.

At Hello Mindful we aim to make Mindfulness accessible to anyone who would benefit. We don’t feel that financial constraints should be a barrier to our wellbeing & offer free bursary places on our courses & retreats, concessionary rates too. Please just get in touch if you would like to attend one of our offerings but don’t have the financial means.
